Please ensure to read and accept the below Terms & Conditions. SA Candle Supply is a wholesale supplies business that supplies a variety of wax, glassware and accessories products for the use of making candles.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our return policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
This website is operated by SA Candle Supply. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SA Candle Supply. SA Candle Supply offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms and conditions stated here. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms of service apply to all users of the site. Please read these terms of service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. SA Candle Supply products are available to clients within South African only.
ORDERS, PACKING & DELIVERY POLICY
Paygate Orders – Subject to order volumes, once order is confirmed and payment is made through paygate, the order will be placed in the packing line, and this can take anything from 1 – 3 days. Thereafter the package is booked with the courier if so selected. Note the delivery times are estimates only.
EFT Orders – Subject to order volumes, once the invoice amount REFLECTS in our bank account, (this can take 2 days if immediate payment is not selected) the order will be placed in the packing line, and this can take anything from 1 – 3 days. Thereafter the package is booked with the courier if so selected. Note the delivery times are estimates only.
Delivery timelines: Local within Gauteng, min 3 working days. National outside Gauteng, up to 5 working days. Collections: Only available once we have notified that package is ready for collection. 10am-3pm, Friday 10pm – 1:00pm
Adding to orders: The current order will be taken out of the packing line. The additional items will be invoiced for, including an admin fee of R160. Once payment is confirmed in our account, the entire order will be placed back in the packing line, as one order. The timeline for courier collection will be determined by the packing line length.
Courier costs can change without prior notice. To ensure the safety of our staff, only 3 clients to be in the shop at any time, mask is compulsory for entry. Please note our showroom and office ours on the contact us page. We are not open on any of the South African national public holidays. No notice of this will be given.
RETURNS & BREAKAGES
Although we always endeavour to provide the best advice to our customers, we cannot guarantee the end product that a customer manufactures with any of the materials we supply. It advisable to make a sample candle and test it before making a large batch of candles. Refunds on wax, fragrance, shea butter or dyes will only be considered if they are in their original, unopened packaging.
The provision of products by SA Candle Supply is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability or order error, SA Candle Supply will issue a refund in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 5 % administration fee.
If the product return is a result of our error or a defective product, the customer must make the return with 14 days and we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
Other returns that are not a result of our error must also be made within 14 days and SA Candle Supply will decide on merit whether to offer the customer a full cash refund or a voucher. In this instance, shipping charges will be for the customer. Refund will be made as above within 30 days.
We make every effort to pack our glassware and other containers securely, but in the unlikely case of a breakage during shipping the customer must contact SA Candle Supply immediately upon receiving the damaged items. Images documenting the breakages / damages indicating the date must be supplied for consideration. SA Candle supply will, on merit, either replace the item or provide a refund. All the products we sell by mass are weighed on an industrial digital scale that has been SANAS calibration approved. If a customer has reason to believe their product is underweight they must return it in its original and unopened packaging for us to consider a refund or replacement.
Orders can be cancelled if they haven’t been shipped yet and customers will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, if the order has already been dispatched it is too late to cancel the order. All order cancellations must be sent by email to email@example.com.
PAYMENTS & SECURITY
Full payment for the entire order and shipping must reflect in our account before products will be shipped. We do not offer any payment plans, or budget purchasing offers. Payment options accepted: Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the SA Candle Supply bank account, the details of which will be available on the invoice. A proof of payment must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
Card acquiring and security: Card transactions will be acquired for SA Candle Supply via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details: Customer details will be stored by SA Candle Supply separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site.
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency: The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility: SA Candle Supply takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Country of domicile: This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and SA Candle Supply (Pty) Ltd. chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
Variation: SA Candle Supply may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
Disclaimer: Please exercise caution when making and burning candles. Hot wax and flames are dangerous. SA Candle Supply will not be held responsible for any injury or damage to any type of property caused by manufacturing products with our materials or burning candles made with our materials.
