The Themed Silicone Mould set includes a variety of mini shell designs, each capturing the intricate details and unique shapes of real sea shells. Made from high-quality, food-grade silicone, these moulds are durable, flexible, and heat-resistant, ensuring they can withstand repeated use while providing easy de-moulding.
How to Use:
- Ensure the moulds are clean and dry before use.
- For soap making, lightly spray the moulds with rubbing alcohol to help release the finished soap.
Pouring:
- Melt your wax or soap base according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Add any desired colorants, fragrances, or additives.
- Carefully pour the melted material into the moulds, filling each cavity to the top.
- Gently tap the moulds on a flat surface to release any air bubbles.
Setting:
- Allow the wax or soap to cool and harden completely. This may take several hours or overnight, depending on the material and the size of the moulds.
- For quicker cooling, place the moulds in the refrigerator or freezer for a short period.
De-moulding:
- Once fully set, gently flex the silicone moulds to release the finished pieces.
- If the pieces are difficult to remove, try placing the moulds in the freezer for a few minutes to help them release more easily.
Cleaning:
- Use mild dish soap and a soft sponge or cloth to gently clean the moulds. Avoid using abrasive materials that could damage the silicone.
- For stubborn residues, soak the moulds in warm, soapy water for a few minutes before washing.
- Allow the moulds to air dry completely, or gently pat them dry with a clean towel.
Store the moulds in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure they are not bent or misshapen during storage to maintain their form.
